Don't be fooled on the free shipping

Don't be fooled on the free shipping! I used Apple pay to check out my order, which auto filled my shipping address to a PO Box and didn't let me verify it. The order automatically went through and I was unable to change the shipping address which resulted in at $32 surcharge!!!! Over $6 an item to ship! I called quickly the next morning and they were no help. They didn't offer to take the surcharge off and couldn't change the shipping address. They offered to try canceling the order, but can't guarantee it. I WILL NOT SHOP THERE EVERY AGAIN!

Keep it O.G. Drs. F&S.

I really really miss Drs. Foster and Smith. What a great website. Petco website is horrible. I placed the order. Paid the order using PayPal, everytime I hit submit kept going to a browser error. In my 20+ years of ordering online something like this has never happened to me. Please do everyone a favor and go back to the original playbook (Drs. Foster and Smith.) Sometimes bigger is not better. BTW, still waiting on my credit.

Poor customer service

I have been getting my two dogs groomed at Petco for years, always the same price at this time went up quite a bit. We were told to come back into town with the receipt so they could help us and they still didn’t but they made us drive. Will look for Groomer elsewhere

The worst experience

The worst experience. I ordered 3 items for same day delivery. It was delivered on time, the problem was that it wasn't MY ORDER. I received someone else order. When i called to correct it. I wasted 60 minutes on the phone with somebody who would only follow their script. Finally was able to get a replacement order, but they had that going to a different address in another state. Totally incompetent. Will NEVER order from Petco again

Customer service is a joke

Customer service is a joke! They keep assuring me they wrote up a ticket to technical team for my missing grooming rewards but when I spoke to the supervisor she said no one sent it out so she had to do it,
This is the 3 rd time they lied to me,
I'm sick of calling them about the app not working!

I had a terrible experience at Petco in…

I had a terrible experience at Petco in Aiken SC. It was the grooming.dept. They were very unkind and disrepectful
I called Cooperate and the Vital Care and complained. They were nice. Got a refund on Vital care. This was the 2nd experience. I let it go the first time but never again. The story is too long to share everything but I did share wirh Cooperate . Talked to 3 different . departments. It was a very hurtful experience. Would not wish it on anyone. The employees were very rude and definitely lies were told. The mamager on duty.very young and also rude. Very immature staff. Cooperate.was very nice . They gave me a refund on Vital Care. This store could not pay me to groom my pet again. My pet deserves better and.I deserve better as a customer. They have lost several clients. because of this poor service Truth and kindness need to be practiced and also respect and appreciation.
Will never recommend this store or go there again.

I ordered this leash 3 separate times

I ordered this leash 3 separate times. This leash & matching collar are what my daughters wanted to get for our pup for his 12th birthday. The collar came in and the recommended size from the size chart for the collar was WAY off so I had to bring it to a PetCo store to exchange for a smaller size. Then the leash that was ordered at the same time was inexplicably canceled. I went to the site, it showed it was in stock so I reordered it. That one was also canceled by PetCo after about a week. I went back to the site & the listing was still there & showed it was in stock so I ordered it again because by this point I had already cut the tags off the matching collar & thus couldn’t simply return it & have the girls pick a different set for Buster. That one was also canceled & by that time Buster’s birthday had already passed so I gave up. We donated the collar & bought a new set elsewhere because the girls really wanted him to have a matching set. Obviously Buster couldn’t care less. But the girls were so excited to give him a birthday present. They will get over it. But I am a bit more petty. I doubt I will ever place another order on PetCo’s website.

Missing Delivery, Prompt Refund

I ordered a cat tree and UPS marked it delivered when it was not, and was entirely unhelpful about the location of my giant box, simply telling me to look around the house for it.

I contacted livechat customer service on PetCo.com about the problem; they asked for my order information to look it up, and disconnected me mysteriously immediately after. When I started a new livechat session, however, they asked for my information, looked up the order, and apologized for the rare occurrence before offering me my choice of a replacement or refund of the cat tree.

I elected to get a replacement (I still needed a cat tree) and was told the request would be sent to their third-party supplier for the item and process in the next 48 hours and I would get an email about it with delivery information. I did, two days later, get notice that it had been sent through to the supplier. And a day after that, I got notification that my refund had processed. I gather that their third-party supplier could not fulfill the order, though it would have been nice to be told that directly. . .

False Advertising

After shopping online, I saw a promotion I could take advantage of by applying for their credit card. Once I got approved, I couldn't use the promotion I applied for. I got approved for 1500.00 but you can only use 250. Petco also can't split payments with customer service either, so might as well take advantage of the discount right? Wrong! If you try to use a credit card, the discount dissappear right before you hit buy. What a waste. As soon as that card gets to me, I'm canceling it. Thanks for the ding to my credit report and thanks for the false advertisement

I wanted to purchase a pet bed online

I wanted to purchase a pet bed online. The ‘reduced’ price was $29.99. You could order a 2nd bed for that price and receive 30% off, or so they said. When I got to the checkout there was an ugly $17.99 surcharge, not previously disclosed. Guess what Petco? Order cancelled and you lost a customer.

I ordered items on May 5 and they are due for delivery today, May 8. Of course, I had to call CS (in the Philippines) because the tracking showed that my delivery was being made in another section of the state. I was transferred to the carrier, and the mistake was "caught." At last check, the order was about 75 miles away.
